Welcome to Greys' Bars. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, and mobile bar hire services. By engaging with Greys' Bars, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website, viewing our content, or entering into a booking agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
Services Provided Greys' Bars provides professional mobile bar hire and beverage services, including but not limited to:
Provision and setup of mobile bar structures.
Professional mixologists and waiting staff hire.
Supply of glassware, ice, garnishes, and alcohol stock.
Menu design and bespoke cocktail creation.
Management of Temporary Event Notices (TENs) and licensing.
Each booking is governed by an individual invoice or contract that outlines the specific scope of work, event dates, guest numbers, and fees.
Use of Website & Content All photographs, videos, graphics, text, and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to Greys' Bars. You may view and share our content for personal or professional reference (e.g., event planning), but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit it without written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
Client Responsibilities When engaging our services, clients agree to:
Provide accurate event information, including venue location, guest numbers, and access times.
Ensure the venue provides necessary utilities (power and water) unless “off-grid” solutions have been agreed upon.
Ensure that guests treat Greys' Bars staff with respect; we operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse.
Review and approve menu proposals within agreed timelines to ensure stock availability.
Payments & Billing Fees for services will be outlined in project quotes or invoices. Standard terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in the cancellation of services or the release of the event date to other clients. All fees are non-refundable once the final balance deadline has passed, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property Greys' Bars retains ownership of all creative concepts, bespoke menu designs, and photography taken by our team at events unless otherwise agreed in writing. Greys' Bars reserves the right to showcase images of our bar setups in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.
Confidentiality Both Greys' Bars and its clients agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of collaboration. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the completion of an event.
Limitation of Liability Greys' Bars will use reasonable skill and care in delivering its services. We operate strictly in accordance with UK Licensing laws (including Challenge 25). We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greys' Bars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from guest behavior or venue restrictions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific booking.
Termination & Cancellation Either party may terminate a booking by giving written notice. If terminated by the client, the client will remain responsible for any costs incurred and cancellation fees as outlined in the booking contract (sliding scale based on proximity to the event date). Greys' Bars may suspend or terminate services immediately during an event if client or guest behavior threatens the safety of staff or equipment.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms Greys' Bars may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or applicable laws. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
